What AI does

• Drafts listing descriptions, social captions, lead follow-ups, and sphere check-ins.
• Generates CMA value-range estimates from public-records comp data.
• Enhances and virtually stages listing photos via Replicate-hosted models.

What AI does NOT do

• It does not negotiate or execute contracts on your behalf.
• It does not deliver final advertising without human review.
• It does not provide legal, tax, or appraisal opinions.
