Boardwalk decorates every generated listing and contract with NAR Code of Ethics (Articles 2 & 12) compliance language.

Article 2 — Truthful advertising

Generated copy carries a truthful-advertising disclaimer reminding readers to verify material facts independently.

Article 12 — Truth in advertising

Every listing carries an "AI-Assisted Listing" badge identifying that the description was drafted with AI and reviewed by a licensed agent.

NAR Settlement (August 2024)

Any AI-drafted buyer-representation agreement includes the required compensation-disclosure clause by default. This clause cannot be removed by the user.
