What we collect

• Account info: name, email, brokerage, real-estate license number + state.
• Workspace data: property addresses, contact lists, listing facts, photos you upload.
• Telemetry: page-view + feature-use events for product analytics (PostHog).

How LLMs see your data

• Comparable-sales data is scrubbed of emails, phone numbers, and SSN-like patterns before any AI call.
• Your contact data lives in your own workspace and is never used to train models.
• Anthropic and OpenAI process prompts under their respective enterprise terms; we do not opt prompts into model training.

Original (unedited) photos uploaded for staging or enhancement are preserved indefinitely so the QR code on every staged image resolves to the source.
