Boardwalk requires an active state real-estate license to use the platform.

How we verify

All signups route to async manual verification with a target SLA of 4 hours. Cleared verifications unlock your workspace and your first listing launch. Nothing is charged while you wait: Boardwalk is a per-listing service, and payment is by Stripe link on delivery of your package.

Direct integrations with state regulator records are on the roadmap; today every verification is reviewed manually.

Your responsibility

You confirm at signup that the license number and name you provide are accurate and that the license is in active status. False statements may result in immediate account termination.

For accounts on legacy subscription plans

For accounts that subscribed to a monthly plan before the per-listing service model took effect, the trial clock (where applicable) starts on license clearance, not at signup.
