Effective date: 2026-05-05. Boardwalk ("Boardwalk", "we") provides software tools for licensed real-estate agents.

1. Eligibility

You must hold an active state real-estate license. We verify each signup against state regulator records before unlocking generation.

2. Drafted suggestions

All AI-generated output is a drafted suggestion for licensed-agent review. Boardwalk does not provide legal, tax, or appraisal advice.

3. Subscription + cancellation

7-day free trial on Lite + Pro. FTC click-to-cancel: one tap in app. 14-day unconditional refund on Lite + Pro.

Premium pre-reserve ($99 one-time) is refundable in one tap until week-2 activation.

4. Compliance commitments

Boardwalk runs every generated description, message, and photo through the Fair Housing Act NLP scanner, AB 723 image-disclosure pipeline, and NAR Code of Ethics decorator before output. You remain responsible for final review.

5. Acceptable use

No use of Boardwalk to generate steering language, blockbusting copy, or any content that targets a buyer demographic by protected class. Detected violations are logged.
